As with any good G&T start with a large balloon stem glass and three-quarters fill it with ice to chill the glass and the spirit. Add the Old School Gin and then gently pour in some 1724 Tonic (expensive but jolly good) quantity to your taste but we recommend 150ml of tonic to 50ml of Gin and then finish with a thin slice of fresh ginger to compliment the Rhubarb.
Inspiration for Old School Gin is taken from the produce grown at our Walled Garden, designed and built over 275 years ago.
We then infuse the finest botanicals from around the world, such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, vanilla and cinnamon.
Old School Gin is made in small batches, at a futuristic distillery in the heart of rural Staffordshire.
