INGREDIENTS

  • 50ML OLD SCHOOL SUGNALL RHUBARB GIN
  • 25ML FRESH LIME JUICE
  • PLENTY OF ICE
  • SPLASH OF GOMME TO TASTE

METHOD

Add the Old School Gin, lime juice and gomme to a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until chilled and then strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lime peel.

We then infuse the finest botanicals from around the world, such as lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, vanilla and cinnamon.

Old School Gin is made in small batches, at a futuristic distillery in the heart of rural Staffordshire.
